ELM Technologies' vision is to optimize and support long-term care provider organizations most valuable labor resource, their human capital. ELM provides the exclusive rights to LTC facilities giving them the opportunity to capture and input their unique and complex workforce models into the EmLogis GENERATOR™ web-enabled system. We are solely focused on finding new efficiencies with long-term care organizations around the staffing and scheduling of their employees.

The ELM management team is composed of senior executives who are experts in the long term care healthcare sector, marketing and channel management operations and financial operations for publicly traded companies. The Board of Directors represents both the core technology – EmLogis – plus additional strong long term care experience.
