The Board of Directors represents both the core technology – EmLogis – plus additional strong long-term care experience.


OUTSIDE DIRECTORS:


The Directors of the Company hold office until the next annual meeting of Stockholders of the Company and until successors in office are elected and qualified. No family relationship exists between or among any of the directors, officers or key persons of the Company. The Company contemplates adding additional members to the Board based on the strategic assistance they can provide, either in raising round two funding, or providing consulting, sales, or retail industry expertise or alliances.


Valori N. Gibson, Chairman of the Board

Valori brings over 25 years of experience within the rehabilitation and health care industry in a variety of management and clinical support roles. She has worked within various health care settings, including skilled nursing and long term care, acute care, home health, outpatient, pediatrics, and public schools.
Valori demonstrates proven success in regional operational and clinical management of as many as 24 skilled nursing facilities within large geographical areas across Texas. She also has achieved an excellent track record for success as a facility manager for 1 to 5 long-term care and CCRC facilities in local areas with a thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations to drive deficiency free surveys, increased revenues and clinical utilization for her customers. Her strengths include troubleshooting, program development, and teaching and training for operational and clinical support of employees and customers.
Valori earned a Master of Science Degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Baylor University. She also holds a Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, a Speech Pathology license from the state of Texas, and Teacher Certification for Speech Pathology and Special Education from the Texas Education Agency. She is a member of the American and Texas Speech-Language-Hearing Associations.



Martin Estill, Director

As CEO of EmLogis, Martin brings over 25 years experience in providing comprehensive sales, marketing and strategic management solutions to technology and energy companies. Having served in the roles of Founder, CEO or Vice President of Sales and/or Marketing of several small to medium sized technology companies, he has extensive real world, first-hand experience in successfully starting and running businesses.
Martin’s comprehensive business background delivers unique insights essential for an integrated sales and marketing effort such as “go-to-market” strategies for new products or new companies. Companies that Martin has worked with include JD Edwards (NASDAQ), Maverick Geophysics (Petroleum GeoServices: NYSE), Neon Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ) and GeoQuest Systems (Schlumberger: NYSE). His first career was in oil and gas exploration where he was a principal in an independent oil and gas company. Martin is a Founding Partner of VMG International. VMG is the group that acquired the purchase rights to the OWS assets and created the initial business plan and research for EmLogis. Martin has a Bachelor of Science degree from San Diego State University.


Bobby James Vasquez, Secretary

Bobby is a lawyer with an extensive healthcare background as a registered occupational therapist. Beginning in 1990, Bobby has worked in healthcare facilities in Texas. He is currently the Regional Director of Rehabilitation, Cantex Senior Communities in Houston.



ADVISORY BOARD:


The Company has created an Advisory Board on which it invites persons who can provide the Company with special business and industry knowledge and experience. This Board has no management function, but the members have agreed to contribute their individual and collective advice to management on matters for which they are consulted. Some members of the Advisory Board may take an active roll in the Company from time to time. Additional potential members of the Advisory Board who have special expertise in marketing, sales, processes, business knowledge of the Long Term Care market or scheduling of workforce are now being interviewed by ELM Technologies management, and may be added as appropriate.


Martha Green Milburn R.N., M.H.A.

Marty Green Milburn is a published healthcare administration analyst and registered nurse with a Masters Degree in Hospital and Health Care administration from the University of Iowa and a Bachelors Degree from the University of Kansas. Among Green Milburn’s many nursing endeavors, she completed preceptorships in Stanford University's Operating Rooms, Palo Alto, California and in Administration for Mercy Hospital, Iowa City, Iowa.
