The ELM management team is composed of senior executives who are experts in the long term care healthcare sector, marketing and channel management operations and financial operations for publicly traded companies. The Board of Directors represents both the core technology – EmLogis – plus additional strong long term care experience.

Barbara Rivera - President and Director

Barbara Rivera has over 30 years of experience either as a healthcare professional or as a business professional selling into the healthcare sector. For the past 12 years she has held positions as sales and business manager selling products and services to long term care and acute care facilities in the Texas and surrounding states region. Prior to that she was an employee in Intensive Care/OR and outpatient care facilities. She has an RN degree from Abbott Northwestern in Minnesota and a BA in Business from Trinity University in South Dakota. In addition to a proven sales background, Barbara has extensive leadership experience in professional and volunteer organizations.

David Langle - Chief Financial Officer

David Langle is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years experience in both the private and public arenas. He has held positions as CFO/VP of several Over The Counter and Nasdaq public companies. David has secured and or led over $100 million in equity and debt transactions and has negotiated and participated in more than a dozen combined acquisitions and divestitures. His many years of Securities and Exchange reporting experience include quarterly & annual filings, registration statements and initial public offerings. His leadership talents and core executive strengths include domestic and international venues, equity financing, mergers and acquisitions. David excels in corporate strategic planning, analysis and reporting, corporate governance as well as regulatory compliance. He holds a BS/Accounting degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. David’s affiliations include American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Past member, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and former committee board member of the Dade County Certified Public Accounts. He is fluent in Spanish.

David Crawley - Vice President of Marketing and Business Development

David Crawley is Vice President of Marketing and Business Development who is a published marketing consultant specializing in marketing for Software as a Service technology industries such as Healthcare.
He began his career with BBDO as an advertising agency field representative with Pepsi-Cola which led him to Mexico, Europe and Russia: where he co-launched Frito-Lay, Inc. After Frito-Lay he became the Deputy CEO for Young & Rubicam/Moscow CIS specializing in emerging markets, strategic planning and branding. While at Y&R he invented a brand creation process that has been used significantly to build distinctive identities from multinational to start up organizations around the world.
For the past 7 years David has worked with startups and Hewlett Packard in building global business development programs to introduce Software-as-a-Service capabilities to Service Providers, Governments, Channel Partners and Value Added Resellers.
David received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Kansas and is currently listed in Who’s Who of International Business Professionals. He is a cancer survivor who supports MD Anderson’s volunteer programs and continues to lecture on corporate intelligence and international marketing at local Universities.
