ELM TECHNOLOGIES AND I.T. POWERED ENTER INTO PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
HOUSTON, TX - April 10, 2008 – ELM Technologies, Inc. OTC-ETGS (PinkSheets) the provider of innovative workforce modeling and scheduling solutions to the long-term care market, today announced a (business development) partnership agreement with I.T. Powered, a consulting and custom software development company focused on serving assisted living communities. In the agreement, I.T. Powered will develop necessary interfaces to third-party software providers to deliver a total solution to clients and support the ELM workforce optimization products, including the EmLogis GENERATOR™ - a progressive workforce modeling and scheduling software. ELM Technologies is the exclusive long-term care distributor of the GENERATOR system.
